Boise Mobile Vet Center Coming to Twin Falls Aug. 24
Veterans, service members and military families in the Twin Falls area will have an opportunity to connect with support and resources when the Boise Mobile Vet Center visits Twin Falls on Monday, August 24, 2026.
The Mobile Vet Center will be available from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Blue Lakes Boulevard, across from Lowe’s and next to Moxie Java.
The event provides a convenient way for local veterans and their families to
learn about available benefits, counseling services and community resources without traveling to Boise.
Free Support for Veterans and Military Families
The Boise Vet Center provides confidential services designed specifically for veterans, active-duty service members and eligible family members.
During the Twin Falls visit, Vet Center staff can help attendees:
- Connect with local veteran resources and services
- Learn about VA benefits
- Understand the PACT Act
- Learn about available VA Community Care
- Find support during the transition from military to civilian life
- Access confidential, private and cost-free counseling
- Build connections with other veterans and the local community
No veteran should have to navigate benefits, transition challenges or military-related experiences alone. Mobile Vet Centers help bring those services directly into communities where veterans live.
Confidential Counseling Support Available
The Vet Center also provides counseling and support related to qualifying military experiences, including:
- Post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD
- Military sexual trauma
- Combat or hostile-area service
- Humanitarian or civil-unrest deployments and call-ups
- Family readjustment related to military trauma
- Other qualifying military experiences
Vet Center counseling services are confidential, private and provided at no cost to eligible veterans, service members and family members.
