Fly Fishing Casting Basics for Mountain Home Veterans

The VA Recreation and Creative Arts Therapy Program is excited to present a special fly fishing event for veterans in Mountain Home, Idaho. Join us for a session on Fly Fishing Casting Basics, designed to provide a relaxing and educational experience.

Location: Mountain Home, Idaho (Location details will be provided upon registration)

What to Expect

This event will teach veterans the fundamentals of fly fishing casting. After the instruction, participants are welcome to stay and fish at their leisure. All necessary equipment will be provided, and a BBQ lunch will be served, making it a perfect day to enjoy the great outdoors.

The VA Recreation and Creative Arts Therapy Program is committed to providing therapeutic and recreational activities for veterans. This event is also supported by Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, an organization dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities.
